Walked a mile

again this morning by 7:30 am. I should have walked more but i have a busy day today and wanted to get a early start but i plan on walking the rest of my 3 miles by the end of the day if all works out as planned.
i don't know why it is so hard to stay on track but as far as food intake all starts out well in the am but by noon it starts going down hill
does anyone have any advice?

Good job on the walking. As far as the being hungry, are you eating frequently enough and are you getting enough protein? What works the best for me is if I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I get really hungry in the afternoon between my afternoon snack and my dinner...so to help this feeling, I try to eat protein as my snack (yogurt, 2 oz of turkey or chicken). It doesn't sound like much, but it really will fill you up. And drink your water. A lot of times when the body seems hungry, it is just thirsting for water. I know that sounds crazy, but it is true. :) Try the turkey/chicken/or yogurt for a snack and see if that helps get you through until meal time. You are doing great!
